BIO


     Wen Ji (M’09-SM’16) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in communication and information systems from Northwestern Polytechnical University, China, in 2003 and 2006, respectively. She is a Professor in the Institute of Computing Technology (ICT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Beijing, China. From 2014 to 2015, she was a visiting scholar at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Princeton University, USA. Her research areas include video communication and networking, network economics, video coding, channel coding, information theory, optimization, and ubiquitous computing. She has 16 issued patents and more than 50 referred publications in journals, conference proceedings, and book chapters related to her areas of interest.
